      How to Remove a Driver from a Policy

      Steps to Streamline Driver Removal from a Policy within Momentum AMS

      Removing a Driver from a Policy

      First and foremost, make sure to take the necessary steps to endorse the removal of the driver from the relevant policy with the carrier or MGA.

      Key Steps:

      1. Within the insured or policy select Insured Items (top navigation menu), and Drivers.

      2. Locate the driver you wish to remove from the policy.

      3. Click Actions to the left of the driver.

      4. Select the option to archive the driver.

      5. Please note, if you need to make the driver active again in the future, you can simply unarchive them and return them to active status by going to Drivers > History > Actions > Unarchive. It's that easy!
