      Finding Client Birthdays in Interactive Reports

      Not only are you able to access Birthday reports, you can set up automatic birthday message via email and text within the Momentum Automation Center. *ask us for details.

      To find a birthday list by month or day:

      1. Access Reports

        • Go to Interactive Reports from the left-hand menu.
        • Click the search icon in the top-right corner.

      2. Search Birthdays

        • Type "birthday" into the search bar.
        • Choose filters like all, primary, contact, or active
        • Use the  Contacts / Reps By to select either "birthday month" or "birthday day".
        • Use the search filters to access the desired birthday list

      3. View Results

        • Report - Contacts/Reps by Birthday Day
          • Provides a clickable calendar that shows the number of contacts / reps which have birthday on a given date.
        • Report - Contacts/Reps by Birthday Month
          • Provides a clickable list of 12 calendar months that show Birthdays in each

      4. Refine Results

        • Each report had clickable data
        • Adjust any additional filters as needed.
