How it Works for Agents:

After creating an invoice in ePayPolicy, agents will notice a "Take Payment with ePayPolicy" option. This feature allows agents to seamlessly process payments directly through the platform.

How it Works for the Insured:

Insured parties can also utilize ePayPolicy for a streamlined payment experience. When granted access to their invoices, they can easily view and make payments through the dedicated "Make a Payment with ePayPolicy" option. This simplifies the payment process and eliminates the need for manual checks or other payment methods.

Both the agent and the insured can pay an invoice through ePayPolicy.

- Agent: after you create an invoice, you will see a new option Take Payment with ePayPolicy.

-Insured: If you give your insured access to access their Invoices, they can Make a payment with ePayPolicy (only that option will be highlighted).

Also, the insured's view of the invoices has only the View and Make payment options (no edit, void, delete)

 

Once they log on, they can see their invoices and receipts.

 

And then click on View Invoice and pay it by clicking on Make Payment with ePayPolicy

We are also adding a payment link to the invoice email so the client can pay a single invoice without having to log in.
