Customize mapping for Acord forms

Momentum AMS maps data into the most popular Acord forms. But if you would like to map additional fields onto these forms, or map additional forms, then use the Form mapping feature and chose an Acord form as a starting point.

Go to Agency Profile - Other - Pdf Forms - Reverse Mapping and click to Add new one

You will be able to either upload you own form or select from existing one:

Now you have a form that does exactly what you want it to do.
