Setting up the Back9 Integration in Momentum AMS
From your Momentum AMS login, click on your name at the top right and select Profile
Then, click on Configure API
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the right side, find "Back9 Settings"
Enter your NPN/NIPR number. Then click on Submit to save.
Running a life insurance quote with Back9 through Momentum AMS
There are a couple different ways of doing this, but we are going to run a quote from inside a Prospect or Insured's record.
From inside a Prospect or Insured's record, click on Quotes/Opportunities, Quotes/Submissions, and then Applications.
Next to Quote Applications Click on Add New, then click Life
Complete/update all of the Applicant information, then click "Save Changes"
You should now see your quote application. Next, click on
"Process Data" then "Launch Life Insurance Quote Back9"
A new window should appear and you should see Back9's quote selection screen. Pick and adjust your quote as you wish. Please contact Back9 for any additional information concerning their software.
