Interactive Reports

Policies / Quotes by Currency

A new Policies / Quotes by Currency option has been added to Interactive Reports, providing additional reporting capabilities for agencies working with policies and quotes in different currencies.

Opportunities – Premium and Commission

Interactive Reports for Opportunities By * now include new columns for:

• Premium
• Commission

These additional fields provide more financial information directly within Opportunity reporting.

Dynamic Search – Search by VIN

Dynamic Search can now locate vehicles by entering the @VIN prefix followed by the vehicle identification number.

For example:

@VIN 5UX2V1C03L9B48883

This provides a quick way to locate a vehicle when the VIN is known.

New Account Visibility Controls

Agencies now have additional control over the visibility of Insured and Prospect accounts.

A new dropdown is available within the General panel on the Insert and Edit pages. Accounts can be hidden so they are visible only to:

• Admin users
• Assigned agents
• The user who created the account

This provides an additional option for limiting access to specific Insured or Prospect records.

Endorsement-Related Items

The Add New Payment to Existing Commissions option within Endorsement-Related Items has been updated to use the new version of the grid +Add actions.

Addresses – Merge Records

The Locations tab on Details pages now includes the ability to Merge address records.

This can help consolidate duplicate or overlapping location information.

Inland Marine – Assign Multiple Policies

Inland Marine records can now be assigned directly to multiple policies.

This provides greater flexibility when the same Inland Marine information applies across more than one policy.

Policy Details – Move to Another Insured or Prospect

A new option has been added under Policy Details → Actions that allows a policy to be moved more easily to a different Insured or Prospect.

IVANS Session Linking

Additional navigation has been added for insured items associated with an IVANS session.

A new grid action:

Go To Session

can provide direct access to the associated IVANS session when enabled through the Grid Configurator.

This functionality is available for:

• Vehicles
• Properties
• General Liability
• Workers Compensation

Policy Change Requests – Archive and Reactivate

Policy Change Requests can now be:

• Archived
• Returned to Active

This provides additional flexibility for managing completed or previously archived change requests.

Quote Applications

Insert and Edit functionality has been added for additional Quote Application types:

• Watercraft
• Bonds
• Renters

Renewal Center – Upsell Indicator

The Renewal Center now includes a new search filter for the Upsell Indicator.

This allows agencies to filter Renewal Center results using the Upsell Indicator when reviewing renewal opportunities.

Policies / Quotes – Batch Change Currency

A new Change Currency option has been added to Policies / Quotes → Batch Actions.

This allows currency to be updated across selected policy or quote records using a batch action.

Data Quality – Overall Summary PDF Export

The Data Quality Overall Summary now includes the ability to request a PDF overview document.

The generated PDF can be sent to the user's email, providing a convenient way to retain or share an overview of Data Quality results.

Send Email – Template Category Filtering

The Send Email modal available from Details pages has been enhanced to better organize description templates.

The template selector can now:

• Display multiple description template categories with indicators.
• Allow categories to be filtered directly from the selector.

This makes it easier to narrow the available templates when composing an email.

Payables – Total and Net Payable

Updates have been made to the total amounts displayed within Payables.

The update includes modifications to the existing Total and adds a new:

Net Payable

This provides additional visibility into payable amounts directly within the Payables area.

Summary

The September 17, 2026 release expands several areas of Momentum AMS, including reporting, searching, account visibility, policy management, and accounting.

Highlights include VIN searching through Dynamic Search, Premium and Commission fields in Opportunity reports, restricted Insured/Prospect visibility, Data Quality PDF exports, multiple-policy assignment for Inland Marine records, an Upsell Indicator filter in Renewal Center, batch currency changes, and the new Net Payable amount within Payables.
