Data Quality Tools

Potential Duplicate Contacts & Drivers

The Potential Duplicates Data Quality tool has been expanded to help identify possible duplicate:

• Contacts
• Drivers

This provides agencies with additional tools for identifying and cleaning up duplicate data within Momentum AMS.

Interactive Reports

New Endorsements Reports

Several new Endorsements By reports have been added to Interactive Reports.

These reports also support nesting, providing additional flexibility when grouping and analyzing endorsement information.

Agency Commission Reporting

Agency Commissions By reports now include new columns for:

• Agency Commission Percentage
• Agency Commission Received Percentage

These additions provide more insight into expected and received agency commissions.

Endorsements

Move Commission Payments

Agency and Agent Commission payments can now be moved between policies and endorsements belonging to the same insured.

This provides greater flexibility when correcting commission payments that were applied to the wrong policy or endorsement.

Set Policy Effective Date

A new endorsement batch action allows users to Set Policy Effective Date to Endorsement Effective Date.

This action is available for endorsements with an Order of 0.

Dashboard Action Center

Overdue Options

The Action Center now includes an Overdue option with three different intervals.

This provides additional visibility into overdue items directly from the Dashboard.

Agent Commission Statements

Agent Location Filter

Agent Commission Statement reports now include a search filter for Agent Location.

This provides additional reporting flexibility for agencies operating across multiple locations.

Manual Data Imports

Import Results

For applicable new Manual Data Imports, Momentum AMS now displays:

• The number of records created
• The specific records created by the import

This functionality applies to new imports involving Trucking Companies and Policies tables.

This makes it easier to review the results of an import and confirm which records were created.

Currency Enhancements

Currency values now provide improved visual identification using the appropriate currency symbol.

Policy and Quote lists also include a Total Amounts option that allows users to switch between currencies when reviewing totals.

Opportunities & Service Requests

Task and Workflow Status

Opportunity and Service Request Details now display indicators for:

• Not Started Tasks
• In Progress Tasks
• Workflow Checklists

This provides similar workflow visibility to the indicators already available from Insured Details.

Service Request Tasks

The Tasks tab on the Service Request Details page now includes a direct Add New link, making it faster to create a task while working within a Service Request.

Quote Applications

New Quote Application Pages

Insert and Edit pages have been added for:

• New Policy Submission
• Tools and Equipment

Policies & Quotes

Boat Information

Policy and Quote Details now display information for:

• Boats
• Boat Coverages

This information is available directly from the initial information page.

ACORD Forms

ACORD Form Package List

The ACORD Form Package List is now available from both:

• Insured Details
• Prospect Details

ACORD Form Package Generation

ACORD Form Packages can now be generated based on the Lines of Business associated with an Opportunity.

Additional ACORD improvements include:

• Improved contact-name auto-population
• Corrected policy information display after automatic append
• Removal of the ACORD 823 Set All Questions lookup

Livestock

The Animals labels within Momentum AMS have been renamed to Livestock.

Reconciliations

Payables

The updated Reconciliations – Payables experience is now available in supported environments, beginning from the normal Payables list.

API & Integration Enhancements

Several enhancements have been made to support integrations and data exchange throughout the Momentum platform.

Account Manager Support

Account Manager information is now supported across:

• Policy API
• Quote API
• Insured API

Custom Fields

New integration functionality has been added for Custom Fields, including:

• Custom Fields API
• Kafka events

Additional Integration Improvements

This release also includes:

• AMS Sales Goal integration
• File transfer from MAC to AMS for Opportunities
• Improved Quote-to-Opportunity linking when using InsertQuote
• A new endpoint for Service Request Notes

Activity Management

Several improvements have been made to activities and activity history.

Updates include:

• Email sender filtering
• Improved activity logs and event details
• Refined activity icons
• Updated Vendor Portal labels
• Attachment visibility fixes
• Improved activity refresh functionality

PDF & Document Improvements

Invoice and receipt PDF generation has been updated with newer processing logic.

The Customer Statement of Account (Alternative) PDF output has also been corrected.

CRM & Benefits Improvements

Additional improvements include:

• CRM configuration enhancements
• Improvements to CRM one-page view tabs
• Corrected Benefit Group tag navigation
• Resolved an issue affecting drag-and-drop items within the Opportunities pipeline

Summary

The September 3, 2026 release expands several important areas of Momentum AMS, including Data Quality, reporting, commission management, workflow visibility, imports, ACORD forms, and integrations.

Key additions include expanded duplicate detection for Contacts and Drivers, new Endorsement reporting options, the ability to move commission payments between eligible policies and endorsements, overdue Action Center options, improved currency displays, enhanced import results, and additional task and workflow visibility throughout Momentum AMS.
