Overview

This release introduces a new centralized dashboard experience, improved task management views, expanded filtering capabilities, and enhanced system security. These updates are designed to help your team stay organized, work more efficiently, and access important information faster.

Dashboard Improvements

New Action Center Tab

  • Added a new tab called Action Center
  • Provides a single place to view:
    • Tasks
    • Opportunities
    • Service Requests
    • Other important workday items

Unique URLs for Dashboard Sections

  • Each dashboard section now has its own URL

Tasks Card View

  • Currently available in:
    • Insured Details
    • Policy Details

Policy and Quote Enhancements

Parent Carrier Display

  • Policy and Quote Details pages now show the Parent Carrier in the General section

Schedule of Hazards (Commercial Package)

  • Now displayed on the initial Policy Details screen
  • Applies to Commercial Package policies

Search and Filtering Improvements

New Carrier Filter

  • Added to:
    • Vehicles
    • Drivers
    • Properties
    • Boats

Renewal Center Filters

  • New filters added:
    • Agency

Commission and Reporting Updates

Agent Commission Statements

  • New column added:
    • Agency Commission Received Date Period

Alphabetical Carrier Sorting

  • Carriers within nested grids are now sorted alphabetically

Data Entry and Selection Improvements

Line of Business Selectors

  • Default, commonly used options now always appear at the top
  • Even if custom options have similar names

  • Faster selection of commonly used lines of business

Security Enhancement

Account Locking

  • Accounts will now lock after multiple unsuccessful login attempts

What this means for you:

  • Improved account security
  • Protection against unauthorized access

Additional Updates

  • Vehicles Insert/Edit page now available on www1
  • New Navigation setting:
    • Ability to disable menu counters (support setting required)
