QuoteLinq is a powerful feature inside Momentum Toolbox that allows agencies to collect application information digitally using secure, shareable quote links. It is especially useful for commercial lines workflows, helping reduce back-and-forth with insureds and streamline the quoting and pre-binding process.
Accessing QuoteLinq
1. Open Momentum Toolbox
In Momentum AMS, go to the left navigation menu.
Scroll down and click Momentum AMP.
Select Toolbox.
Toolbox opens in a new browser tab.
Note: If this is your first time accessing Toolbox, you may be prompted to complete initial setup steps.
2. Open QuoteLinq
Inside Toolbox, you’ll see multiple AI-powered tools.
Scroll to the bottom and locate QuoteLinq.
Click Get Started.
QuoteLinq Dashboard Overview
Once inside QuoteLinq, you’ll land on the dashboard, which shows:
Total Quote Links created
Number of Commercial and Personal Lines quote links
Number of submitted applications
Left Navigation Menu
Submitted Applications
Commercial Quote Links
Personal Quote Links
Reports (in development)
Settings
Creating a New Quote Link
1. Create the Quote Link
Click Create New Quote Link.
Select the policy types you want to include.
Give the quote link a name that fits your agency’s workflow.
2. Set Expiration Options
By default, quote links are set to Never Expires.
You may optionally set an expiration date.
3. Customize the Client Experience
You can control how the insured or prospect interacts with the form:
Show or hide the header
Require OTP (One-Time Passcode) authentication
Choose how the OTP is delivered (email)
Set a redirect URL after the form is completed (your website or another page)
4. Save the Quote Link
Review your selections.
Click Save.
Managing Quote Links
Commercial & Personal Quote Links
Click the Commercial Lines or Personal Lines tab.
Favorite (starred) quote links appear at the top.
All created quote links appear below.
Each quote link shows:
Number of submissions
Status
Available actions
Starting an Application
Option 1: Agent Starts the Application
Search for the insured or prospect name.
Assign the application to that client.
Fill out the application on their behalf.
This is useful when:
You already have most of the information
You want to assist the client directly
After completing the form, you may:
Save the application
Email it to the client
Continue editing
Option 2: Send the Quote Link to the Client
Click Copy Quote Link.
Paste and send the URL to your client via email or text.
If OTP authentication is enabled:
The client receives a verification code
They must enter the code to continue
The client then completes the form on their own.
Managing Submissions
Once a client starts or completes an application:
The submission appears under the quote link
You can:
Open partially completed applications
Continue filling them out
Send them back to the client for missing information
Email or copy the submission link
This significantly reduces back-and-forth communication.
Sending Data to Momentum AMS
After the application is completed:
You can send the data directly to Momentum AMS
If using the Commercial Lines Rater, you may:
Submit the application
Receive quotes back
Editing or Organizing Quote Links
From the quote link list, you can:
✏️ Edit the form (pencil icon)
⭐ Star a quote link to keep it pinned at the top
?️ Delete quote links you no longer need
These actions work the same for both Commercial and Personal quote links.
Branding & Settings
To customize your branding:
Go to Settings
Upload your company logo
Customize brand colors
Click Save after making changes
This ensures a consistent, professional client experience.
Best Practices
Use QuoteLinq for commercial submissions, especially close to binding
Star commonly used quote links
Enable OTP authentication for sensitive submissions
Review submissions promptly to keep deals moving
