Hello and welcome. My name is Richard Rosenthal, and I am the Head of Training and Onboarding here at Momentum AMP. In this guide, I’ll walk you through how to set up and manage calendars in Momentum CRM to streamline scheduling, booking, and client management.
Step 1: Accessing the Calendar Settings
Click on Calendars in the left navigation panel.
Select Calendar Settings.
Click Create Calendar.
You’ll see different types of calendars available:
Round-robin calendar – Ideal for sales, onboarding sessions, or team-based scheduling.
Event calendar – Perfect for physical events like conferences or workshops.
Step 2: Configuring Calendar Settings
After creating a calendar, configure its details:
Upload Your Logo – Add your agency’s branding.
Name Your Calendar – Assign a unique name.
Add a Description – Explain the calendar’s purpose.
Set Up the URL & Address – Customize the web link and physical location.
Define Working Hours – Prevent scheduling conflicts by setting availability.
Integrate with Google or Outlook Calendar – Sync external calendars for seamless scheduling.
Step 3: Integrating Your Calendar
If you don’t see options to link Google or Outlook:
Click the integration link provided.
Connect your Google or Outlook account.
Navigate to My Profile.
Scroll down to Calendar Settings.
Complete the integration process.
Return to Calendar Settings — your linked accounts will now appear in the drop-down.
Step 4: Sharing Your Calendar
When ready to share:
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Share.
Choose an option:
Copy the scheduling link for clients.
Copy a permanent link for ongoing use.
Send the link by email or text.
Embed the calendar directly onto your website.
Step 5: Managing Appointments
Once live, your calendar becomes your central scheduling hub:
Return to the main Calendar tab.
Create new appointments.
Manage and track bookings all in one place.
Conclusion
With just a few steps, you can set up and manage calendars inside Momentum CRM to simplify appointment scheduling, improve client experience, and keep your agency organized.
