Feature Spotlight
Notifications Bell
A brand-new bell icon has been added to deliver notifications straight to you. View and mark them as read—making it easy to notify teammates when you need assistance.@Mentions in Notes
You can now @ your teammates within notes to instantly notify them. Once mentioned, they’ll see a counter update and hear a sound cue, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Reporting & Data Tools
New Interactive Report: Monoline Customers
Production & Revenue Reports: Added a new filter for Location.
Policy / Quote Info Center: Important Dates tab now displays due dates with color indicators.
Certificates & Contacts
Certificate Holders: Ability to create contacts assigned directly to holders, with a new tab added to the holder’s details page.
Data Quality Tools
Added a new tool to check for missing properties on Policies and Quotes.
Dashboard
New Birthdays Widget for easier visibility of upcoming birthdays.
Contacts & Agents
Contacts: Now supports Combined Batch Actions.
Agents: Bulk Action to change Primary Role.
Agents Counter: Updated to display only the number of active agents.
Workflow Tools
Assign checklists directly to endorsements.
Clone Action option now available.
Tasks
Task Categories: Expanded customization for the Supervisor and Assigned To fields, allowing you to assign directly to the Agent or CSR listed on the insured or policy.
