This release introduces smarter reporting, cleaner workflows, and new customization tools to keep your agency moving faster.

These enhancements are designed to improve collaboration, simplify task management, and provide more visibility into key agency data.

Feature Spotlight

Notifications Bell
A brand-new bell icon has been added to deliver notifications straight to you. View and mark them as read—making it easy to notify teammates when you need assistance.
@Mentions in Notes
You can now @ your teammates within notes to instantly notify them. Once mentioned, they’ll see a counter update and hear a sound cue, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Reporting & Data Tools

New Interactive Report: Monoline Customers
Production & Revenue Reports: Added a new filter for Location.
Policy / Quote Info Center: Important Dates tab now displays due dates with color indicators.

Certificates & Contacts

Certificate Holders: Ability to create contacts assigned directly to holders, with a new tab added to the holder’s details page.

Data Quality Tools

Added a new tool to check for missing properties on Policies and Quotes.

Dashboard

New Birthdays Widget for easier visibility of upcoming birthdays.

Contacts & Agents

Contacts: Now supports Combined Batch Actions.
Agents: Bulk Action to change Primary Role.
Agents Counter: Updated to display only the number of active agents.

Workflow Tools

Workflow Checklists:
- Assign checklists directly to endorsements.
- Clone Action option now available.

Tasks

Task Categories: Expanded customization for the Supervisor and Assigned To fields, allowing you to assign directly to the Agent or CSR listed on the insured or policy.
