The Production & Revenue Reports in Momentum AMS provide a clear picture of your agency’s financial performance by tracking written premiums, revenue earned, and policy counts across different segments. These reports are crucial for evaluating growth, identifying top revenue sources, and forecasting future income based on trends in policy production and premium volume.
Accessing Revenue Reports
From the Interactive Reports menu, select the Production & Revenue category.
Choose from the available report types:
Production and Revenue by Policy – Shows premium and revenue for each policy, broken down by agency and agent.
Production and Revenue by Endorsement – Measures the impact of endorsements on premium and commission.
Revenue Policy Amounts – Tracks premium and commission values for active policies.
Policy Amounts by Carrier – Compares premium and policy counts across carriers.
Policy Amounts by Line of Business – Segments production by coverage type.
Policy Amounts by MGA – Reviews production volume generated through managing general agencies.
Filtering for Insights
Refine your data by applying filters:
Date Range – Focus on monthly, quarterly, or yearly production totals.
Agent – Compare revenue generated by each producer.
Carrier / MGA – Identify top-performing partners.
Line of Business – Spot high-demand coverages driving premium growth.
Location – See geographic distribution of production.

Sorting and Grouping
Sort by Premium or Commission to quickly find high-value accounts.
Group by Agent > Carrier to identify which producers drive the most premium with each partner.

Exporting Results
Use Export to save filtered production data for financial reviews or management reports.
Save customized views as your default report for quick access to your most important metrics.
Best Practices
