Today’s update delivers more visibility, cleaner data actions, and new batch tools to keep your agency moving fast and staying accurate.

This release focuses on improved reporting, streamlined batch management, and cleaner UI/UX enhancements that simplify daily workflows.

Reporting & Data Tools

New Reports: Direct Bill Payments and Churn added to Interactive Reports.
Direct Bill Payments Upgrade: Updated to include a new Start Date selector field in the Policies/Quotes section.
Renewal Center: Added optional column for Line of Business Class.
Carrier Downloads: Direct Bill records now display visual indicators.

Batch Actions & Data Quality Enhancements

Insureds & Policies: Now supports Combined Batch Actions.
MGA Rep: Assign via Actions menu or batch action.
Potential Renewals Tool: Replaced and renewed data quality tools now display insured and carrier for clearer auditing.

UI Improvements

Preferred Languages: Added all missing languages; most-used options now float to the top.
Info Centers: “Custom Fields” now accessible via the three-dot menu.
Service Requests: Added ability to upload files to Add/Replace Vehicle requests.

Outlook Add-In

New Note Field: Dedicated field for notes improves clarity and eliminates need to manually adjust subject lines.
Improved Attachment Preview: Better preview support for both emails and attached PDFs in insured’s Notes section.

Proposal Generator Updates

Document-Style Template Redesign: Fresh, polished look for proposal templates.
Dashboard Improvements: View proposal counts for Insureds and Prospects directly on the dashboard.
Improved Logo Scaling: Logos now render with better clarity and consistent sizing.

Visual & UX Enhancements

Folder Icons: Updated for better readability and navigation.

Trigger Builder UI

Reorganized for clearer logic flow.
Cleaned up repetitive text.
“Filter” renamed to Sub Condition for better context.
