Momentum Release Highlights
Today’s update brings AI-powered summaries, workflow visibility, webhook automation, and streamlined commission tools—plus quality-of-life improvements to help your agency work smarter.

These updates expand automation capabilities, improve reporting flexibility, and enhance day-to-day workflow visibility.

Agency Management System

Service Requests

  • Link Webmail threads directly to any Service Request, regardless of type.

Opportunities

  • Summary AI: AI-generated summaries are now available for Opportunities.

Carriers

  • Default MGA Setting: Define a default MGA for a particular carrier.

Policy Enhancements

  • Agent Commission Percentage: Option to calculate based on agency commission or premium.

Vehicles

  • Combined batch action is now added to the vehicles bulk action tool.


Dashboard Enhancements

  • Grids Widget: Cancelled Policies can now be included in your dashboard layout.

  • Quotes Widget: Now sorts based on create date instead of expiration date.


Agency Commissions List

  • New Filters: Filter by Agent, CSR, Policy Business Type, and Policy Effective Date.


✅ Tasks

  • Task Details Subline: Now displays Work Group if assigned.


Grid Behavior Updates

  • Default Sort Direction: Most lists now sort descending on initial click.


Automation Center

User Access Controls

  • Inactivate Users: Admins can now revoke access by unchecking users (Agents or Admins) in the user management panel.

Automation Visibility

  • New “Actions” Tab: View all automated and scheduled actions triggered by workflows, tags, or time-based events.

Workflow Touchpoints

  • New Webhook Touchpoint: Send real-time data to external systems from key workflow moments.

Campaign Tools

  • Improved Monthly Newsletter: Updated formatting, personalized content, and more relevant messaging for stronger engagement.


Support & Resources

  • NowCerts University: Added direct access to the User Manual from the learning center.
